GDPR and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach in advance of the scheduled meetings. If the cancellation milestones below are not met, a charge will occur.

Cancellation milestones:
•    24 - 36 hours prior to booking: Reschedule within the same week or cancellation with no cancellation charge. 
•    Less than 24 hours prior to booking: £20 cancellation fee. (This will be sent by invoice.)
•    Reschedule at any time is available prior to 36 hours before the meeting with no charge.

The refund and payment policy in effect for the term of this Agreement is as follows: 

•    Once the coaching commences, there is no option for a refund. The coaching sessions must be committed to see results and benefit from 121 coaching.
•    Payments are to be made in advance of sessions. Usually at the time of booking.
•    An invoice will be issued for payment. (Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt.)
•    Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made.
•    If signed onto a monthly service, it begins from the payment date unless otherwise agreed. (If you are unable to commit to the remainder of the month, this service can be gifted or transferred to another client.)
•    If a client decides to change a service (for example, moving from video call coaching to email coaching), this can be changed once the current one booked has ended. This cannot be changed part way through. 
•    If your session is canceled by Danni, the session will be rescheduled at the client’s earliest convenience.
